Maria's Seafood Salad 1 jar of
mayonnaise Mix all
ingredients and refrigerate.
Maria's Spaghetti Sauce
1 pound of
ground beef Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add onions, peppers—sauté, Add tomatoes and
remaining ingredients.
Flavor to taste and simmer for the morning. Maria's Kale Soup
1 case of
linguica
Sautee linguica, onion, peppers—add remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer.
Maria's Chicken Cacciatore Several
pieces of bone-in chicken Thoroughly wash chicken and place on
large cooking sheet. Cover the chicken with the marinademade
with the ingredients above, refrigerate overnight. Bake at
350 degrees until done (about one hour). Maria's Shepard Pie 1 lb. of beef Sauté beef
and drain fat. Add spices to taste. Place in a casserole baking
dish. Drain corn and place over meat mixture. Mash potatoes and
spoon over corn, creating a three layer pie. Bake at 350 degrees until
thoroughly heated. Maria's
Shrimp Large shrimp Thoroughly
wash and remove tails from shrimp. Set
aside. Mix ingredients in a large bowl
finally adding clean shrimp. Cover and
marinate overnight. Sautee until pink,
