These links are related to the Working on Water Curriculum, a project
done by the Island Foundation, Inc. and the New Bedford Harbor &
Ernestina Curriculum. This project was funded by the Federal Magnet
Assistance Program in July of 1996. As part of this curriculum, an effort
was made to the learn more about whales, whaling, the Ernestina, Cape Verde,
and City of New Bedford page on the WWW.
